Experienced technicians Brian Hepburn and Robert, left a well-established refrigeration-technician-company due to lack of growth opportunities, and as such, the brainchild, Million-Air Services CC, was born and officially opened its doors in April 1996.
The tiny start-up, running amongst giants (at the time), was awarded the tender for the re-tubing of a condenser and chemical cleaning of 1000TR chiller for the SABC, and delivered its promise in half the quoted time!
In early 2001, Brian Hepburn founded Million-Air Services CC Cape Town, which since established itself as the largest compressor re-manufacturer in the Western Cape.

Founded in early 2001 by experienced technician Brian Hepburn, Million-Air Services quickly grew to become the leading compressor remanufacturer in the Western Cape. Over more than two decades, the company built a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and value.

In 2023, new ownership took the reins with a clear vision — to build on this proud legacy while bringing a new level of professionalism, process discipline, and quality assurance to every aspect of the business. Since then, we’ve invested heavily in refining our standards, expanding our technical capabilities, and ensuring every compressor we deliver meets the highest expectations of performance and reliability.

Today, Million-Air Services offers one of the broadest ranges of service-exchange compressors available in South Africa, enabling faster turnaround times and minimal downtime for our customers. Each compressor we sell is treated “as new,” not merely rebuilt — fully restored, tested, and quality-checked to deliver dependable, long-term service.
